We will never share your information.

Are you tired of just trying harder?

You're ambitious, driven, and capable of amazing things. But somewhere between setting goals and achieving them, things fall apart. You're told to focus, to get organized, to just "try harder." But what if it's not that simple?

Do these sound familiar?

  • You feel overwhelmed.

  • You never finish to-do lists.

  • Your brain feels like a browser with 20 tabs open - all the time.

  • Procrastination and doom-scrolling are your hobbies.

  • You can’t bring yourself to complete important tasks.

  • You feel like everyone is ahead of you in life.

  • You don’t know how to break free from procrastination, so you do nothing.

  • You tried seeking an evaluation from your doctor, but your concerns were dismissed.

  • You feel like you’re capable of so much more, but something holds you back.

You’re not lazy and stupid.

And you're definitely not alone. Millions of young adults are navigating life with undiagnosed ADHD, feeling like they're constantly running on a different operating system than everyone else.

The truth is, you are good enough. You have the potential to achieve incredible things. But if you're struggling with undiagnosed ADHD, it's like trying to run a marathon with a pebble in your shoe – painful, frustrating, and ultimately holding you back.

You might be tempted to seek a quick online evaluation, but here's why a comprehensive psychological evaluation is the gold standard for diagnosing and managing ADHD:

  1. Depth and Accuracy: ADHD is rarely a simple diagnosis. My evaluations go beyond checklists and questionnaires, utilizing a combination of clinical interviews, cognitive testing, and behavioral observations to provide a nuanced understanding of your unique challenges. This ensures you receive the most accurate diagnosis and the most effective treatment plan.

  2. Personalized Treatment: I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses the specific ways ADHD is impacting your life. This may include therapy, medication management, coaching, or a combination of approaches.

  3. Uncovering Co-existing Conditions: ADHD often co-occurs with other conditions like autism, anxiety, depression, or learning disabilities. My comprehensive evaluations are designed to identify any underlying issues that may be contributing to your struggles, ensuring you receive holistic care that addresses all aspects of your well-being.

You deserve more than a label.

Imagine a life where:

  • You can finally harness your incredible energy and focus on your passions. Imagine the satisfaction of setting a goal and actually achieving it, of seeing your ideas come to life, of feeling proud of yourself and your accomplishments.

  • Procrastination becomes a distant memory, replaced by a sense of control and accomplishment. Imagine the relief of meeting deadlines without the last-minute panic, of feeling organized and on top of your game, of finally having the mental space to pursue your dreams.

  • You feel calm, confident, and connected in social situations. Imagine the joy of engaging in meaningful conversations, of building strong relationships, of feeling comfortable and authentically yourself around others.

  • Insurance companies usually do not cover comprehensive evaluations, which provide a thorough assessment. Instead, they typically offer limited evaluations that provide only a "yes or no" answer, similar to what you could get from your primary care provider or a psychiatrist. Additionally, most insurance providers do not cover evaluations for learning differences, such as dyslexia.
